Excellent service, always offering sound advice, available and attentive to his clients and their needs. He finds the hidden gem that perfectly matches the mandate entrusted to him.

If you are looking for an agent who simply nods along just to get a deal done, look elsewhere. Working with Joffrey showed us what true representation actually means. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear—he tells you the straight truth, and every single piece of advice is rooted in protecting your best interests and your investment. His depth of market knowledge and sharp eye for detail saved us from making emotional decisions we would have regretted later. Throughout the entire process, Joffrey was the absolute epitome of professionalism: responsive, steady, and impeccably thorough. In an industry where candid advice can be hard to find, his integrity truly sets him apart. We could not have asked for a better guide, advocate, or partner. Highest possible recommendation!

Joffrey’s professionalism, diligence, integrity, and kindness (from our very first meeting through the sale of our home, and even afterward) were truly exceptional. Joffrey always made us feel like we were his top priority and consistently represented our best interests with transparency and professionalism throughout every step of the process. We cannot recommend Joffrey highly enough. His passion for his work and dedication to his clients are unmatched. A heartfelt thank you!

Joffrey is the perfect partner to help you sell your home. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and approachable with both his clients and prospective buyers. He makes you feel at ease while always remaining fully committed to his professional role.

Joffrey is excellent: very patient, honest, and always attentive. He supported us from the beginning to the end of our search with great professionalism and kindness. Thanks to him, we found our first home — one that truly suits us. Quick responses and outstanding service... A huge thank you for the time, energy, and dedication he devoted to our project. We recommend him without hesitation!

Joffrey Léveillé is truly the best of the best among real estate brokers. We have just purchased our dream home, and thanks to his impeccable service, everything went smoothly from start to finish. With unmatched attention to detail, Joffrey double-checks everything, and thanks to his strong network of experts, he always finds answers to even the most complex questions. He protects his clients’ interests with great care and complete transparency. “The right home for the right person,” he often says. To which I add: “Joffrey is the right broker to have by your side.” I wish everyone the chance to work with him for the biggest transaction of a lifetime. Thank you, Joffrey!

We recently sold our home in St-Lazare with Joffrey and Martine. They both listened to us, supported us through some of our most challenging moments, and most importantly, we never felt any pressure. The decisions were always ours to make. They advised us as equals, not simply as “clients.” They eased our concerns and responded to all of our needs and wishes. We entrusted them with a home we had lived in for more than 30 years, and they found the perfect buyers to carry on its story. Our only regret is that we didn’t have them by our side when we purchased our new home. ? The best in the industry and the best within the RE/MAX family—and that’s not something that can be measured by the number of transactions. ?

We listed our home for sale with Joffrey and felt very well supported throughout the entire process. I was looking for an agent who would be as involved as if it were the sale of their own home – someone attentive, available, and transparent about every development. Joffrey met these expectations perfectly. His accessibility and great patience truly helped ease the stress and emotional tension that can come with such an important transaction. I highly recommend him.

You have excellent listening skills and the patience of gold. You were much more than a real estate broker in the sale of our home, you were also there simply to support us when we felt like we were losing our minds. It was one of the most difficult experiences of our lives, but with you we never felt alone or pressured to do anything we didn’t want to do. You should also be recognized as a kind of pseudo-psychologist.

Joffrey is very professional and knows his field well. I bought a beautiful home thanks to him, at the price we wanted! I would recommend him without hesitation ?

Thank you, Joffrey, for your help in selling my property and for finding our future home, adding it as a surprise at the end of our favorite visits. ? Your attention to detail, presence, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made these real estate transactions easier and more enjoyable.

For me, it’s simple: my trust was instant from the very first time we met. He is attentive, sensitive, caring, reassuring, and so dedicated to meeting my needs and addressing my concerns. In short, he sold my house in just a few days! So, if you’re looking for a broker who even does home staging—going as far as putting up your Christmas tree if needed—well, he’s the one you need.

Hello, We would like to share the great experience we had selling our property. Our dream was to sell in the Laurentians in order to move to Gaspésie. Martine Poirier and Joffrey Léveillé knew how to choose the right photographer to showcase our home. During the visits, they had nothing but good things to say about the house. We had two visits on the first day, received two offers on the same day and sold the same evening. Today we live in Gaspésie and share our house with our families. Many thanks to Martine and Joffrey for making our dream a reality.

Thank you once again for all the work you did to help us in the purchase of this wonderful condo
